Our mission is to provide continuing educational pathways in the construction industry so individuals may develop the skills and standards to become an asset in the construction workforce community.

Our organization realized there is a great need for reliable skilled professionals in the construction field. We began this organization to create stability for consumers and workers. Our goal is to produce quality workers who are accredited to be employed anywhere or excel to become a general contracting branching into entrepreneurship. Our training, resources and reputation will give individuals the opportunity to gain polished practices and procedures.

Building and Construction initiative is a Non-Profit agency that is funded by contributions, donations and grants. Without this support, Building and Construction initiative could not provide quality services and products to assist individuals in low income areas that may not be able to pay for our courses.
